What You'll Learn
Come join me for one or both 3.5 hour workshops and learn a simple practice you can do at home to get your muscles feeling happy and healthy, and get to know your body like never before!
You will be surprised at the tender, “hidden corners” you never knew you had, and how quickly you can bring more comfort and ease into your tissues and movements!Â
We test and retest using yoga postures so you can feel the difference right away!
It’s not just an extended rolling session though!
I also bring my skeleton to class so I can teach you the basic things you need to know about the joints and muscles we’ll be working on.Â
We’ll also cover a bit of information on common issues like tight calves, tight hips and shoulder pain. If you’ve got any nagging issues, then this workshop is definitely for you!Â
You will get all the sequences in a little manual as well as videos of each sequence so you can follow them at home!Â
