This fall I invite you to join me on a journey that will reconnect you with your body and your abilities, and bring out the youth that is inside you!
You will systematically develop your body, rebalance your posture, shed old injuries and restore a positive resilient mind.
The Rouleau Method guarantees your success – all you have to do is practice with consistency. If you really want to turn back time, you can! But it won’t happen by accident! It’s a process and a discipline that will upgrade both your body and your mind.

Your body is designed to seek grace and efficiency in movement, but it can only do that if you can “feel” and “know” yourself.
You begin with Stability First to wake up the brain / body connection. It’s like getting your 25 year old body back (but keeping your better judgment!)!
In 5 weeks of practice you will know your body better, your balance and control will be better, your movements will be more graceful and powerful, and you will start to feel the potential within you!

Now that you have rebalanced your body and have so much more confidence, it’s time to discover your strength and see what you can do with it.
From where you are right now, this might seem impossible, but I assure you, you will be ready and excited to test this out!
This is where all the tissues and joints of your body become more resilient and injury proof. Most of those chronic twinges and aches are gone and you can move freely and joyfully. Now you own any pose you want – planks, lunges, and tricky balancing poses are in your comfort zone.
You will see changes in how your body looks and feels – it’s like going back in time! 🕰️
By now, you are cooking with gas! You have a balanced responsive body and strong resilient tissues.
It’s time to know your edges, and push them a little if you want to! You can do it safely now because you’ve prepared your body.
You, and most everyone, equates a youthful body with full easy movement at all your joints.
Even if you were never athletic, you can develop that easy fluidity in your movements that is a sign of health, vitality and a joyful zest for life. 🤸♀️

Yes, for sure! When we get to the cueing part, you may be asked to be a test student for the teachers to practice on.
Yes, it qualifies for 30 CE credits with Yoga Alliance.
You have lifetime access. In the event that online hosting is no longer be available, you will be given the opportunity to download them for safe keeping.

Absolutely yes! This is primarily a live experience, with an online version being made available for my international community. When you attend live, you’ll get access to all the online recordings and resources as well.
