Restore the Core is a mindful practice that blends Somatic exercises, Dr. Stu McGill’s Big 3, yoga postures, and breathing techniques.Â
Together, theyâll strengthen and ignite every inch of your coreâfrom your pelvic floor to your Hara, diaphragm, and lungs.

This series is full of powerfully effective practices, and strategies for restoring your shoulders to their former glory!
Weâll use bands, balls, yoga postures, and Somatics to restore comfort, Stability, Strength, and Mobility.
Whether youâve been injured over the years, or you are at the pinnacle of your golf game, stronger shoulders make everything better!

This is a local workshop hosted in Edmonton, Canada with an online option for my international community, so the price is in Canadian dollars (CAD).
I’m not a yoga teacher…can I still come?
Yes, for sure! When we get to the cueing part, you may be asked to be a test student for the teachers to practice on.Â
Does this qualify for Continuing Education Credits with Yoga Alliance?
Yes, it qualifies for 30 CE credits with Yoga Alliance.
How long do I have access to the online recordings?
You have lifetime access. In the event that online hosting is no longer be available, you will be given the opportunity to download them for safe keeping.

Absolutely yes! This is primarily a live experience, with an online version being made available for my international community. When you attend live, you’ll get access to all the online recordings and resources as well.
